The shirley valentine challenge
Hi, so me and a few friends have decided to create the 4th Challenge on this Website and this is 'The Shirley Valentine Challenge.
So I know in my last few challenges a lot of Sims have been involved so I just wanted a simple challenge with a few Sims in. The Idea came to me after I'd sat down and watched the movie 'Shirley Valentine' with my mum. I hadn't thought of the idea of making challenges based on the movies, a friend suggested the fact that I do and many more of these style challenges will be coming up (including TV Characters from the series Family Guy and The Simpsons).
I'm pretty sure that this challenge is unique, but if there is a challenge along the same lines, I apologize.
How?
Start the Challenge by creating 2 adult Sims, both Aged(1 Female and 1 Male)
Make their Sims appear 'Old Fashioned' as they will be an ideal couple in their older days.
NOTE: One Sim will be the main focus of the game (Shirley Valentine), so don't worry about extra details on the other sim.
OPTIONAL: Create 1 or 2 children for the couple, however they would have to be Young Adults.
The main character can be a female or male Sim, though more commonly a female
Have the static character (the one who does not change) be married to the main character. Newly engaged works to, unless you have children included in the family.
Have traits for the main character be the perfect spouse ideals, though they have to be a “Dare devil”
The static on the other hand has to be a “Workaholic” and “Hot-headed”.
Have the wife learn to cook till level 3 of the Culinary Skill, and the husband get past the first level of the career (if not higher)
Give them a beautiful house!
All cheats are aloud but don't overload on 'Motherlode' or 'Kaching'.
Just Remember you family is Stereo- Typical.
How to play?
1. After a long day of work, get the two into a fight. Not bad, just heated
2. Have your main character leave to France
3. Find a love interest, and flirt with them, woohoo or do whatever their Sim hearts desire
4. After the three days have them return home to meet their spouse, and have them divorce
5. After, freely invite the love interest to your characters new home (the static keeps the house) and begin a life with them
Your challenge ends when they are happily engaged if not married and live the “Suburban Dream”
Hope you like it,
