Boarding School challenge
I've recently started designing challenges and this so far has been my third. So,I'm surprised that nobody has heard of a boarding school challenge. If there is already a challenge like this, I apologize in advance.
So, You should create 2 or 3 (4 if Wanted) Young Adult or Adult Sims. They can either be male or female, it doesn't make a difference. The 2 (or 3 if you create 4) are teachers and the other is the Head Master/Principal. Next, you should create as many Children - Teens as you want. Gender does not matter. These will be the Students of the School.
Next, you should build the school. If there is a School in your Town, delete it. Change the Lot of your boarding school to Residential. Build a building that resembles the old school and looks like one. You School's Compulsory Items are:
-Music Classroom - Pianos
- Guitars
- Bass'
- Book Shelves with Music Books (Sheet Music)
- Teacher's Desk (With Small Plant Pot and Computer)
-Maths Classroom - Chess Tables
- Book Shelves with Logic Books
- Telescopes
- Teacher's Desk (With Small Plant Pot and Computer)
Science Classroom - Chemistry Tables

Boys Dorm & Bath Room - Beds

- Showers
- Sinks
Principal's Office - Desk
- Computer
- Book Shelves
- Chairs
Staff Room - Chairs
- Fridge
- Stove
- Counters
- Table
- TV
- Sink
For this Challenge you will need a few expansion packs, So if you don't have Late Night or Generations you can't work around.
Now, once your school is set up, you can start teaching classes. This is done by taking your child or teen sims to a certain classroom and getting them working on their skills. After around 4 or 5 sim hours, take them to the cafeteria and let them eat. Then give them their homework by going to the computer room and have them do it there. Once they've finished, let them do what they want. After they're done their homework, you're not allowed to play as them. Give them a different class every day, so they get a wide variety of skills. Child sims won't be able to do all the skill building the teens can, so for the sake of the teenagers, I suggest schooling the two groups seperately.
Here's how the scoring works:
+5 for every time all students get their homework done
+5 for every skill a student has (Skill, not points) (Only 1 music skill counts)
+10 for every 'good' trait a child/teen develops
+20 if you get to pick the child/teens' traits
-5 for every time a student's homework is not complete by the next day
-10 for every 'bad' trait a student develops-5 for every time you play as a child/teen after homework time
-10 for every bad moodlet a child/teen has for more than 3 days straight
-50 for every death
Hope you like it,
